- 1 ribeye steak 1.5 lbs
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 g arlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Remove steak from fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Mix butter, garlic, parsley, thyme, rosemary, pinch of salt, and pepper. Roll into a log and refrigerate.
