- 4 cups stale bread cubes
- 4 l arge eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a muffin tin or line with silicone liners.
