Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas or one 15-oz can, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2-4 tbsp water to adjust consistency

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  • Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Add water gradually until the desired consistency is achieved.
